Where can I park?
- We do not have onsite parking. The closest public car park is the Lanes Car Park next door to the hotel, it is also the most expensive.
- If a 10-to-20-minute walk is not too daunting the following car parks are better value for money
What is the check-in time?
- Our rooms are ready for check-in between 3pm and 4pm.
- We are always happy to try and accommodate early check-in, but we cannot guarantee this.
- If you arrive early and we do not have a room ready for you, we can look after your luggage and give you access to our leisure club facilities.
What is the check-out time?
- Check-out time is 11am
- Late check-out can be arranged with our reception team subject to availability. We charge £20 per hour up to a maximum time of 1pm.
- For a free 12.00pm checkout make sure you sing up to Club:QH and book directly with the hotel.
Do you have disabled-adapted rooms?
- We do not have any disable adapted rooms and due to the nature of the hotel building there are numerous small level changes of between 1 and 5 steps throughout. However, depending on the nature of the disability we may be able to offer suitable accommodation. Our primary concern is that our guests have a safe, comfortable, and stress-free stay, so please contact the hotel to ensure we can meet your exact requirements before booking.
Can I pay with cash?
- All advanced bookings must be guaranteed with a credit or debit card.
- If you choose to pay with cash on arrival, you will need to provide a £150.00 security deposit. This can be cash or a charge to your credit or debit card.
- The security deposit cannot be used as credit on your room account. That is, you will not be able to charge items back to your room without providing additional security.
- The security deposit will be returned on departure after your room has been inspected. Any damage or smoking charges will be deducted from this deposit.
Do you accept walk-in bookings?
• We do accept walk-in bookings under the following conditions.
1. Each adult guest (18 plus) can provide a valid photo ID (Passport, driver’s licence, or National Identity card for overseas visitors.)
2. A £150 security deposit must be paid for all walk-in bookings. This can be paid with cash or as charge on a credit or debit card.
Can I bring my pet?
- Yes, pets are welcome. There is a pet charge of £25 per pet per stay.
- Pets must not be left unattended in your room.
- Pets are not allowed in the restaurant/bar area during breakfast service as breakfast is an open buffet.
- We have a separate sun lounge where pet owners can enjoy their breakfast with their pets.
- Outside of Breakfast service pets are allowed in the bar area of the No1 Bar and Bistro, but not the restaurant section.
Can I reserve the room I had on my last stay?
- If you’ve stayed before and loved the room you were in, let us know. We will try are very best to ensure you get the same room. However, we can’t guarantee this, so let us know what you loved about it so we can give you suitable alternative.
Do you have room service?
- Room service is available between 12pm and 9.30pm.
- Please scan the QR code in your room to order through our room service app.
